
Strawberries & Cream Napoleons
Strawberries & cream napoleons! Creams are all from scratch with a cheesecake cream on the bottom and and crème pâtissière on the top. All layers have fresh strawberries.
I just used Pepperidge Farm puff pastry and baked it at 400 for about 17 minutes with a baking sheet on top so it wouldn't puff up.
For the cheesecake filling, I took 1 block of cream cheese and mixed it with some vanilla bean paste, heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar (I didn't measure anything, I go by vibes).
