I found an INSANE seed with several structures ALTOGETHER!!
There's a woodland mansion on the sea, and on the mansion is a tall cliff with a pillager outpost on it (reaching up to 237 Y!), there's a waterfall from up there falling onto the mansion, and also two swimming-pool-like structures on the tall cliff, and just below the mansion is an ocean monument! It also has a village just beside it. Insane coincidence!
