Hey guys. I am moving into my frat house for the summer and need a guy to take over my lease at 2330 Ohio Ave. I just dropped the rent down to $600 a month to get it covered fast.

It is a 2 bed 2 bath apartment and you would get your own fully furnished private bedroom and bathroom. The location is right off Calhoun so it is a super easy 10 minute walk to campus, Target, and all the restaurants.

The quick details:

• $600 a month plus about $80 for utilities. $500 deposit.
• Move in ASAP. Lease officially ends July 25th but I am currently asking my landlord if we can extend it to the 31st.
• Free off-street parking and free laundry in the building.
• Central AC and dishwasher.
• The other roommate is a quiet engineering student who keeps to himself.

Finding a spot this close to campus with free parking for 600 is pretty rare right now. Shoot me a DM if you are interested and I can send over some pictures or show you the place.
