12 speed cassette and chains longevity
My chain started skipping in the three most used gears on my last ride. I've just checked one of the three chains I rotate and it measures ~12⅛ inches over 24 pins so around 1% worn.
The good news is the cassette lasted an amazing 17,214km, with a shade under 6000km on each chain!
