Hello. During middle school, we had to read a book about a teen boy called David or Dave (that is also in the title). He had long blonde hair and green dot eyes. He was seen in the cover looking at the viewer and smiling. The cover around was red. In the book, he rode a bycicle, had a friend called Jack and he had to overcome a group of bullies. That's all I remember. The book also had an audio version on a CD to listen to. I strongly assume that this book is british, because the characters spoke with a british accent, and we used More! (a student book from the UK). We read and listened to it as an exercise around 2013, but it looked like late 2000s/early 2010ish. Whats's the name of the book?
