I stumbled with this Jolene Blalock's interview some days ago and I can't believe how she managed to act like that in Enterprise. Also, We've been talking about "good/bad vulcan acting" a while ago in this community saying that definitely Tim Russ and Leonard Nimoy are the best, but Jolene got something that these two didn't have: Evolution.

Enterprise Season 1 and 2, while developing the character, the acting changes, and then for story related themes on "that episode", playing an elderly T'Pol was brutal as well.

T'Pol have so many different episodes and situations, for being kidnapped, almost getting killed, being wounded, being extremeley obsessed with something, and also being in love with someone, so many different things hapenned to this Vulcan woman that everytime I rewatch Enterprise I can't help to love this character.

This is the interview I'm talking about: https://youtu.be/2ZQRA2O7row

In real life she's so, so, SO different than T'Pol. This speaks very well for her acting quality and performance overall.

I could say she's the best actress in the entire franchise, not saying everyone else is doing a bad job at all, but Jolene hits different.

EDIT: Sorry for deleting the last post. I wanted to do it right. I knew for ages that is BLALOCK but for some reason I didn't check if it was ok in my last post. Sorry again.
