Finally got my first 5K! Though I think I pushed myself far too hard because the stomach ache I got post run was terrible!
Am I getting this pain because of overexertion, or another factor? I ate about an hour before this run and had coffee that morning- all contributing factors from what I've heard.
Is it maybe a better idea to slow my pace significantly until I can comfortably run 5K with no issues?
