Admin please delete if not allowed. Read an article recently about a MD not hiring anybody that expressed that they wanted to WFH. I recently interviewed for a role at a major bank that have a WFH policy and was basically told not to bother with the job if I wanted to work from home a couple days a week. Productivity can be measured without being in the office. What am I missing?
