In my Calc II class, while working on sequences and series, we were introduced to a series made to practice the ratio test.
It was n^2/(1•3•5•7•9…•(2n+1))
And I spent all weekend looking into how I might go about creating a formula for the bottom, but had no luck.
(2^n)(n!) gives you the sequence but even, and n!! is similar as well, but neither one quite fits. I’ve also tried working a bit with n?, but I can’t get it to come together. I’m completely at a loss and would appreciate any help.
