First-time puppy owner, is this normal puppy biting or something more?

Hello everyone!

I am a first time puppy owner, she is around 2 to 3 months old (her vet and i aren’t 100% sure of her age yet) and she is (what we assume) a lab and maybe a village shepherd mix puppy. I rescued her about a week ago when i found her abandoned with her littermates. Ever since then she has been on her parasite treatment, gotten the first dose of a vaccine etc. I have also started crate training her few days ago, and she is being potty trained successfully (accidents are rare).

I thought everything was going well with her until she got better from her health issues and got her energy back. With that she has started constantly biting me. No matter what i do she will end up wanting to chew my arms and whatever she can grab. After she wakes up from her nap, she eats and when i try playing with her not even 5 minutes pass and the shark in her awakens and she starts her skin shredding routine on me.

Of course i immediately remove my hands, give her a chew toy and pause any interaction for a few seconds to a few minutes depending on the severity of the situation. But as you can tell, this has not worked yet at all. She has even started showing her teeth at me from time to time including growling and barking. No matter what i do she will end up like this every day multiple times a day.

She has her crate that she likes to sleep in and chill with doors open or closed, but as soon as she goes inside, if i have to reach around it or in it for whatever reason, she starts wanting to bite me and even lunges towards me with her mouth.

When i try bonding with her the same thing happens, she constantly bites and bites and bites. I tried giving her ice cubes to chew on and she loves them but again they dont help the situation.

Today i was laying in my sofa relaxing as i had gotten up very early because of her and she was laying next to me on a soft pillow and i was hoping that she will be okay and want to gently play but as soon as i tried interacting with her she started grabbing at me. No matter where i try to pet her or play with her she will always want to bite me.

I am trying my best even though she keeps physically hurting me and at this point i am afraid of having her near my hands as her bites hurt.

I am not able to take her outside on proper walks yet as she doesnt have her full vaccinations yet but aside of that i try my best to spend time with her which isn’t easy due to her behavior. I find myself (from time to time) trying to avoid interacting with her too much. I do feed her and care for her and play with her but as soon as she starts with bites which is pretty fast, i show her the crate and she goes to sleep soon after. I dont think she even enters her “overtired” state as this behavior progresses very fast.

Her baby teeth are fully out from what i can tell so i am at a loss for what is the reason for this behavior. As i said it is not just biting but just general bad behavior towards me as soon as i try playing with her. She keeps snapping at me. Her vet even fully checked her out and there is nothing wrong with her, she is a healthy puppy now.

I even took a 1 minute video of her when she was laying next to me today and in it she tried biting me multiple times. She does not know how to relax either. She is either running around doing puppy things or sleeping in her crate, she cant just sit while she is next to someone and chill for a moment. Just bite bite bite.

I genuinely dont know what to do. I reward good behavior with nice puppy treats whenever i catch her doing something good but all i get are bites in return.

Has anyone dealt with this type of behavior in a puppy? What can i do with her at this point?

I apologize for a very lengthy post but i am in a desperate need of any advice. I think i have tried everything. I want to bond with her and spend time with her but this behavior of hers is preventing that.

Thank you all for reading!

I found her abandoned with her litter in a park (last two pictures). She is approximately 2.5 months old and around 3kg heavy. Unknown breed for now but i am guessing she is maybe some lab mix. She came prepackaged with parasites and a tick in her ear that i couldn't find until her vet did and with all of these issues came excessive scratching. All of her littermates had bloated tummies and were scratching excessively so the problem unfortunately more likely than not came from their mother. Thankfully she got proper medication yesterday and today and i think she is feeling better. She has been sleeping for three hours now (with short moments of her waking up and yapping) after being awake the whole night itching.
She also got her first dose of vaccine today and she was so good! Didn't even flinch. I love her so much but i do have a case of puppy blues as everything combined with the responsibility of having a puppy is a massive sudden weight on me that i am not used to.
I got so overwhelmed with everything that i forgot to eat for two days haha! Now the only pictures that i can take of this fluffy goofball are the ones where she is sleeping as i am encouraging her to rest so she gets better sooner.

Yesterday when i was on a walk with my husband we stumbled upon a cardboard box with six very young puppies. There used to be seven of them but one was adopted. After some consideration, as a person that always wanted to have i dog, i ended up adopting a female puppy. She is approximately 2.5 months old as per my vet. We are not sure of what mix she is, will have to wait for that.

I took her to the vet today and she was incredibly calm for her first visit no whining or anything. She got her first doses of anti parasite meds and drops against ticks (she has expelled some worms today). Her heart and lungs work well which i am very thankful for. Tomorrow i am taking her for her first vaccine.

She knows not to poop or pee in her carrier and only does it on pee pads although she did have one accident on tiles on our balcony but none since that. She eats and drinks reasonably well but has been avoiding food ever since the worms event happened, she ate a tiny bit and drank little as well. She has her favorite pillow that she wont come off and keeps laying on it as she is scared and unfamiliar with my home.

Now onto the problem. Not only does she whine and cry when she is lonely, she also has a massive itching problem where she wont stop itching everything on her, from her ears to belly and legs. It started making me so miserable as she shows no signs of any pests like fleas or mites, maybe scabies but i am not sure. Even though i told her vet about that i don’t think he said anything about it, and i forgot to ask again as i am so sleep deprived because of her. She just keeps scratching (not making herself bleed through) and crying. It is making me so sad to watch her suffer so much.

This whole thing is making me so miserable that i don’t know what to do or how to help her, i am just hoping the vet helps her tomorrow when i ask (again). I am so overwhelmed with the whole responsibility of keeping a dog and giving her attention and hearing her whine so much for different things that i am feeling actually depressed and regretful. I would never abandon her but my mental health is declining rapidly.

I am keeping her from exploring the home while we are dealing with all of this as i don’t want to risk anything contagious coming from her until we are sure what all of this is and it is very hard on me to not take her from her little area to pet her and calm her down.

Not to forget the whole feeding and potty schedule as well as sleep schedule. Training. Even though i love dogs and always wanted one, the weight of having a puppy is catching up to me badly. I even cried out of stress and regretful today.

I am watching her now as she keeps jumping around without being able to calm herself down from itching and i don’t know what to do to help her. It doesn’t help that i never had a dog of my own before so this is my first time experiencing everything with her.

I would really appreciate any advice. Thank you.
