Owned the V moda Crossfade 2, which I loved and went for the Crossfade 3, which was a bit disappointing, liked the Crossfade 2 alot better if I m honest. Moving away from V Moda now, what is the best bang for buck sub 400 wireless headphones?

Particular points that I value

Naturally, sound quality is #1, I prefer them to be not overly coloured. Doesn’t have to be completely flat either.

Comfortable during long listening: I tend to use them hours in a row. Ear fatigue is gonna come but I would prefer if it was after longer use. Also how they sit on top of my ears, not too tight but not too loose because I want to use them while touring on my e bike as well.

Build quality: while the V moda wasnt perfect, the build quality was very sturdy. When looking at the XM series, I thought they were very flimsy looking.

ANC and/or closed earpads: never owned a pair with ANC, its not a dealbreaker for me if it does or doesnt have it. I am going to use it while working in a busy office though, so at the least they should be closed back to not hear all the noise.

Wireless: it has to be wireless

Battery life: I dont mind charging more often that much.

Models I am considering:

B&W PX8 (380 euros) seemed the only model that really stood out, bonus point for metal construction, but I d love to hear more options.

Music I listen to:

- Metal, but the polished kind, Scar Symmetry, The Zenith Passage

- Prog, Plini, Devin Townsend, Xerath, Periphery

- Synthwave, usual chill 80s artists

- Classical music, some piano, mostly orchestral

Basically a lot of music that has alot going on, many layers and details. Id love to hear with clarity all that it has to offer. I also make my own music, but will probably not use this set to do the mixing/mastering.

Great thanks in advance for your recommendations.
