Professional Groom Advice

Wanted to get the opinions of other people who work as grooms on this platform. I work at a fairly high end eventing barn helping groom and tack up a group of sport horses. The barn is fastidious and proud of the excellent care they take of their animals and equipment. Lately my supervisor says grooming should only take 5 minutes. But the steps I was taught in grooming involve fly spray, 2 different coat sprays, hoof picking, hoof oiling, currying and brushing of the coat, legs, face, brushing the mane and tail, and application of fly spray around the eyes and ears. Is 5 minutes a reasonable goal? What is the industry standard? Has anyone else ever worked in a fast-paced barn that has tips for streamlining the process?
