West Ham to lodge official complaint over disallowed goal against Arsenal.
West Ham United will lodge a formal complaint with the PGMOL over the disallowed goal that has pushed them closer to relegation and helped swing the title race in favour of Arsenal.
The officials took four minutes and 17 seconds in total to decide that David Raya was fouled before Callum Wilson scored what he thought was the equaliser in the fifth minute of stoppage time at the London Stadium. The referee, Chris Kavanagh, watched the incident 17 times after being sent to the monitor.
