Rudd Power vent water heater questions
I have a Rudd power vent water heater question.
During the winter and spring it works fine. When local temperature (live in the desert) gets to over 100 degrees it keeps kicking out a 3 blinking error code “pressure switch failed to open” once you cycle the power switch, it works as advertised for another day or 2. This only happens in the summer time. A local plumber has replaced the heater 2x now and has had the same results.
The first one they warrantied out and now the latest one is doing the same thing..
Any insight on what would cause this? I’m at a loss here. It’s annoying but I can deal with it since we own the house but we are planning on renting it out in the near future and want this issue resolved.
