Draconian Dark Lord
I’ve been playing around with the idea of creating my own domain of dread that also appeals to my love of the Dragonlance setting. At first, I really loved the idea of a gold dragon falling from grace, but upon doing some research, it seems like the common consensus is that dragons as dark Lords somewhat goes against the tonal philosophy of Ravenloft. Fair enough, so I wonder what a draconian would look like as a dark Lord.
I’m trying to think of what kind of evil act a draconian could do that would be bad enough for them to gain a domain of dread. They’re already abominations designed to serve the goddess of evil. How much worse could they really get in a way that doesn’t betray their original characterization?
I’m really enjoying this concept, but I’m a bit stuck, so I would love to hear what you guys think .
