I (34 f) have been in a major depressive episode for the last 2 years and I have become really unfit and am struggling to rebuild a routine to help me get back to feeling myself again (still struggling with low energy, lack of motivation plus the reality of restarting exercise after gaining a significant amount of weight)
To help me reset and kickstart a routine to get me on track I am thinking about a Fitness Retreat in Bali but don’t want to go to one that is just full of people that are already super fit and jacked.
I have a background of being a reasonably fit person, I was a national level competitive swimmer until my late teens, surfed and played team sports all of my life and used to do regular yoga practices until this episode.
Does anyone know of something that might be a good fit?
