I'm 26f and diagnosed with ADHD, OCD and suspected hEDS

Recently, I've developed the following symptoms seemingly out of the blue and I'm scared that they will point to MCAS. Feeling overwhelmed, has anyone here experienced?

- Itchy blotchy skin

- random red rash on chest and face that lasts for several days

-new, severe nasal congestion and post nasal drip

- dark puffy eyebags and itchy eyes

-bilateral ankle swelling

-bulging, itchy veins

-high levels of fatigue and brain fog on days when I have itching

-lightheadedness upon standing up

I can't stand feeling Sneezy and itchy all the time! I have no idea what happened to me.
