We financed the vehicle jointly a few years before getting married, we eventually separated and we signed for a title transfer into just my name before refinancing it in my name only. We reconciled, she left again and is now refusing to let me know the location of the vehicle or allow access to it. Shes being unresponsive and when she’s not being unresponsive she says “it’s community property until divorce, I need it.” But will not let me know where it is or allow access to it. It’s the only vehicle we have amongst us.

What can or should I do in this situation?
