I have a question, please don’t make fun of me for asking this but I have a 240oz bag of Timothy hay for my chinchilla and I was wondering if it loses its freshness? I know it’s hay but lately she has not been eating as much. Has anyone ever thought about putting some lettuce or orange peel to freshen it up. ( like you would do for other herbs).
