I got approved ssdi 1200 month getting back pay there trying to tell me Medicare premium is over 300 a month leaving me with 900 a month and they are taking it out the 300 from the 36 months from back pay !!! my attorney and judge awarded !!! what do I do the judge wrote in my award letter I was approved for SSI as well but my local office is rip off and liers I have a feeling they will deny me for the SSI part just because should I talk To my attorney
