I'm looking at this property: https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/59773-Applegate-Way-Landers-CA-92285/299170834\_zpid/

It seems to have the basics but is still gutted. Maybe putting another $20k to finish? I would use this as a retreat. I love the area and serenity.

Not sure if this would be a nightmare or is close to the finish line with a little TLC.

With 5 acres, water meter, electric and bathroom present, is this a good move? Maybe could go a little below asking anyway.

Hey gang,

I'm staying in wine country over a birthday week in July. Due to budgeting, the Santa Rosa regenecy looks like the best option.

I know this hotel gets a lot of mixed reviews. Do you think it's worth the SUA to have a guaranteed upgrade? How are the suites, worth the squeeze?

Thanks in advance for anyone with experience willing to share.
