Hi! So I’m trying to lose weight at 19 years old. I’m 50kg and 5’1 and i honestly cant estimate how active I am other than the fact that I’ve started doing pilates to lose weight 20-40 minutes everyday. I dont have a firness coach but most apps would set my daily calorie intake at 1500 but I overthink it cuz i dont wanna spend time and effort just to find out I’ve been eating at maintenance. What is the most advisable intake for weightloss? Help me out 🙏🙏
