I’m 40F single mom with two kids (50%), high demanding desk job. i just been recently been diagnosed with osteoporosis and herniated disc (all the sitting and junk food is catching up with me). I’m genetically slim (but with body fat of 29%) so losing weight isn’t a goal of mine at all - just get stronger and try to reverse some of damage. i can hit the gym 2 times a week and work out at home with light dumbbells 2 times a week as well.
