BEWARE: Maj Custodio (Aacio ) Overhyped Sales Promises - My Account Suspended, 65,000 Contacts Trapped
I’m sharing this as a consumer warning for anyone considering services promoted by Maj Custodio or the Aacio platform.
I was influenced by his webinars, bold claims about massive sales results, high-converting funnels, and proven systems. These overhyped promises led me to sign up for the Aacio platform.
What happened:
The actual performance and results were far below the sales hype and promises. I already paid ₱96,500 based on his representations, but we were deceived. They essentially delivered only a 1-page sales funnel while charging nearly ₱186,000 for the full package. Because of this, I refused to pay the remaining balance.
Instead of resolving the issue professionally, they suddenly suspended my Aacio account without proper justification or notice. I am now completely locked out and cannot export my 65,000 contacts (plus other business data) built inside their CRM. These contacts are frozen and represent real business value and hard work.
To make matters worse:
- They provided no official contract
- They issued no receipt for the ₱96,500 I paid
- They gave no company information or DTI registration details
- Support has been completely unresponsive to requests for account restoration, data export, and resolution
From public communications and demand letters, Maj Custodio works with several team members and associates involved in operations, onboarding, support, marketing, and project handling under Aacio/AACIO. These include:
Vaughnn Rei Saplad (heavily involved in support, training, and client interactions - biggest accomplice)
I have already sent formal demands for account access, data export, and refund. Resolution is still pending.
My advice:
Be extremely skeptical of big “proven sales results” claims.
Never pay large amounts without a proper contract and official receipts.
Think very carefully before uploading thousands of contacts into a third-party CRM like Aacio.
Always maintain your own backups and verify the legitimacy of the business first.
