Hello. I am currently studying in Mendiola. Ask lang po ako ng advice which is a better condo to live in? Amaia Skies Avenida or Covent Garden Condominium, both of them are studio units. Di naman po nalalayo ang price difference.
Amaia
- with spacious balcony
- bare unit, has only ac
- amenities: pool, gym, and jogging area
- older condo
- 1 LRT2 station away to Mendiola, or
- 1 ride jeep
- nearer to establishments and ubelt
- but also sketchy yung neighborhood especially at night since madaming informal settlers
Covent
- no balcony but room is more spacious
- fully furnished unit
- amenities: pool, gym, outdoor lounge
- newer condo
- 2 LRT2 stations away to Mendiola, or
- 1 ride jeep
- not so near to establishments and ubelt
- medyo mas malayo sa lahat
No judgment po sana pagiging indecisive. Medyo pressured din kasi mabilis makuha yung unit sa condos na yan. Much appreciated din po to those who are already living in Amaia or covent if you could give me insights. Thank you so much!
