Looking for an OF Marketing Strategist to handle growth, monetization, and scaling for creator accounts. This is a strategy role.
What You’ll Do
- Build and execute growth strategies for OF creators
- Optimize:
- Free vs paid pages
- Pricing, promos, PPVs, bundles
- Drive traffic from:
- TikTok
- Twitter/X
- Analyze performance:
- Conversion rates
- Retention & churn
- Revenue per fan
- Create clear weekly & monthly plans
- Test, iterate, and scale what works
- Coordinate with VAs / content teams
Requirements
- Real experience with OF marketing or management
- Understand fan psychology & monetization
- Comfortable with NSFW work
- Data-driven (spreadsheets, metrics, testing)
- Can work independently without hand-holding
Pay
- $5/hour
- + 5% of model earnings (performance-based)
- Long-term role if you deliver results
