In all honesty the arena show was mind-blowing. I've been a listener for a decade, but this was my first show. I couldn't tell if listening with eyes closed or opened was better. Visuals were stunning but closing them made the already awesome sound even more immersive. Not even mentioning all the memories that were in my mind cuz of Tame Impala soundtrack that was there in my life.
I know setlist is not changing much this tour but I've felt there is a core of the order of the songs that make the show a story within itself. Elephant sounded orgasmic live. What an experience. Thanks for the show!
See you on the next one. And if you are still on the edge - go for it, get the goddamn tickets now!
btw found this guy playing Let It Happen when coming back from a vibe river walk tuning in to more Tame Impala. Literally ran towards the sound as I heard it from a distance. Had to navigate through some other street artist disturbing my target and layout of buildings I didn't know. Almost gave up thinking the sound is coming from some club I won't find but finally stumbled upon him when going to my train station, haha
