So I've heard all about bazzite ofc there's pro's and cons hence the solution of dual booting. But my ally only has 500gb of storage with 476 usable? Isn't that too tight on storage? Im already using up alot and is planning on downloading cyberpunk (extraction will also need lots of storage). If it's still recommend may ya'll recommend optimal partitions? or maybe i should only use bazzite? I also have a 1tb portable ssd if that helps. I don't have the budget for an ssd upgrade and finally, after dual booting can i still change the partition of windows and bazzite?

Hey y'all, im planning to use my upcoming rog ally z1e as a partial laptop with peripherals aswell. But fuh windows im using bazzite. Can i still use it as a reg laptop setup with bazzite? Can i run reg applications, i heard some can't and what are those?? Mostly programs for school and maybe for i.t stuff which im planning to take for collage(I'm not sure yet and i haven't decided what field in i.t)

update: There's alot of crucial things that i haven't said such as one, i pirate games. So bazzite has a steamos like interface which might not benefit me as i don't purchase from steam (im a minor with no banking acces and my parents won't let me use their banking stuff) and i heard playnite is not available on windows. I also heard there's extra steps for .exe to run and and some said their pirated single player games are no longer working can't remember what games tho. Also i pirate media like shows, music, etc. Will it be any different from windows? Finally what are the worthwhile features here on bazzite? I heard there's a 10 sec startup plugin(not sure if what im saying is the plugin)?? which i might not care and what plugins or features make it worth switching? I don't rlly care that much abt bazzite being cleaner aesthetically as i kinda got used to windows and i might not have the ability to import my games in a pretty launcher like playnite. But what i do care abt is "reliability" they say bazzite just works which is nice and the battery improvements, i heard it's like 15% but i use my ally while plugged in anyways. I also heard there might be a performance improvement can anyone verify? i hope y'all still see this long ass update which are actually my main concers, and once again im using my ally as a pc/laptop:)

also i know ya'll don't support piracy but im not asking how to pirate in bazzite im asking if it's worth switching over as someone who pirates
