Does anyone else have skepticism over whether the smell in David’s bathroom was genuinely his “shit” or are we really leaning towards that it’s the smell of Celeste’s body? My only guess could be if the floor plan has it that the garage lays underneath that bathroom, but then again, that smell is so so strong (thankful to have never smelt that scent before) and drastically different than a human’s bathroom duties. I would think if you stepped anywhere in that house would be awful, not just inside the bathroom. The smell from his Tesla was so strong in an unconfined space (outside) so it would probably be 100000000000x stronger inside of a house.

Also, has it been said yet where the body was hidden before it was transferred to the Tesla?

This whole radio interview is a mess in itself with his answers. He is so cringe it’s unbearable to get through certain parts.

Want to clarify there is some confusion on if this was the radio interview the morning after he committed the murder. I can’t think of any other radio interview or find one. And I’m led to believe this was recorded before the incident because Zach wishes David a happy birthday that was only a “few days ago” (David’s birthday is March 28th) and he was speaking about preparing for Coachella which was April 11th-20th, 2025.

Some of my observations include:

-1:10 Freudian slip. He said freezer instead of figuratively, makes more sense if this was the radio interview the morning after the murder.

-8:25 “These songs are soundtracking my life. So I hope I’m not involuntarily doing that. But it might be that way. I’m not gonna lie.”

-3:55 David saying he goes to chuck-e-cheese…

-7:40 David “hopes” that a friendship, as described by Zach, does not end in a tragic way and in turn inspires his music.

-13:20 He recorded a song minutes before the interview called “What Did I Do,” I assume about Celeste. The song includes that the girl’s location doesn’t ever change…. He tried to call her mom and dad…etc…

-17:31 Weird expression after saying he’s single…right now if this was the interview outlined in the case.

-18:30 “That person that was saying ‘I love you, I love you.’ She’s not in my life anymore.” Again, weird if this was that interview.

-18:50 Speaks about the invisible string theory which is a song by David that includes audio of Celeste’s voice.

-35:20 David quoting his mother, “This song is too violent. You’re talking about killing people? In your music? No, not my son.” He then says afterwards, “Wait, I might be onto something. So I dropped it right after that.”

I am not entirely up to date on who was close or consistently seen alongside David, so correct me if I’m wrong here.

Is there evidence of anyone who was seen in close proximity to David either online or in person prior to approx. April 23rd, 2025 that seems to have dropped out of the picture afterwards?

I ask this because this either means they:

  1. Noticed Celeste was gone and questioned David.
  2. David opened up to them about what he did.
  3. They were actively involved in the immediate aftermath of concealing/transporting Celeste.

Edit: also want to say that there are also likely people that fit into those 3 categories and still stuck alongside him but was I curious if there was an outlier.
