My wife and I are booked on the Seabourn Venture’s transatlantic crossing from Brazil to Spain in April 2027. It will be our third Seabourn cruise, but our first transatlantic sailing. Our most recent trip was a 21‑day voyage on the Ovation.

Has anyone here done this itinerary or something similar? We’re wondering what to expect in terms of weather and sea conditions on a smaller expedition ship, and how the onboard experience feels with only about 260 guests.

For those who’ve done a transatlantic on Seabourn — especially on Venture — any tips for making the most of the crossing? Anything you found especially helpful to pack, plan, or do during the long sea days would be great to hear.
