Should I leave my current psu job to prepare for CAT?

Hello everyone. I am a GEM(9/9/9). Currently working in a psu but job profile is very bad. It is a field job where I have to spend most of my time in scorching sun and even have to go to work on weekends. Have to reach by 8 am and stay till 7 pm. I just want to get out of this job at all costs. Planning to give CAT this year. I want this year to be my final attempt as my workex will be an issue after this(~3 yrs). Advice on what is the best way to start my prep. How to manage work with prep? Most important question, should I leave my job and prepare full time? I don't think I will get much time with my current job role.

Any genuine advice will be highly appreciated. Thank you.
