What if a new uber-level quest gave permanent +1 to tele?
Gives every class an opportunity at endgame to fight for a permanent addition of +1 to teleport. Obviously makes enigma obsolete, but just add an extra + to all skills instead of tele, or even keep it as is for twinks. Thoughts?
