Physio for spondy
I have spondy L5 S1 somewhere between grade 1-2. Pain now for about 3 years, bearable but much worse when I'm on my feet for extended periods, which unfortunately is linked to my work.
I've been exercising at the gym to strengthen and get fit. What kind of physio has helped you manage your pain or help with spondy? Massage, chiropractor, exercise advised by physio, dry needling, shock treatment? I'm not considering an operation at this time.
