Not sure what I'm doing wrong but I'm always feeling my traps in a lot of exercises. Lateral raises, TRICEP DIPS? I've tried doing my lat raises normally, leaned forward, pushing sideways (keeping my arms in 180°), pushing forward, at 45°. But i always feel my traps, what am i doing wrong?
