why is nobody talking about scooter lady being the actual villain lmao, there’s no way Rockstar framed her like that for no reason. she’s dead center, low angle shot, dressed like the joker, looking at everyone like she owns vice city 💀
my crackhead theory is she runs the entire leonida drug trade through retirement homes because cops never search old people on mobility scooters, also the “Wonder Whale” thing in the background is 100% her company. probably laundering cartel money through boomer tourism scams or some florida shit
would not be surprised if Jason’s cartel boss gets smoked halfway through the game and then this lady slowly rolls out of the shadows like “Vice City belongs to me now.” absolute cinema.

Jason’s whole arc is probably him thinking he’s escaping the criminal life with Lucia, but scooter lady sees him as a liability because Lucia’s family has been tied to her operation the whole time
Final mission is probably some insane hurricane evacuation chaos in Vice City while everyone’s trying to flee the city, Jason finally confronts her thinking it’s gonna be some big dramatic shootout and this woman just casually runs him over with the scooter after he gets injured 💀
then Lucia loses her mind and tries to kill her but scooter lady basically hits her with the “you were never built for this life” speech
