I’ve been gaming on this mouse for a while now and when I try scrolling it’s very shuddering.. I tried contacting support and they told me to blow it out.. then kept saying g blow it out repeatedly… I told them yes I’ve cleaned out the mouse…
Great, when I ripped it apart today I noticed the scroll function doesn’t work from the scroll wheel it works on the offset component from the side.. so blowing out the scroll wheel wouldn’t of done anything..
Why is the logic tech support just a bunch of Indian dudes who deflect the product could be defective? Is there someone else I can get on the line that can replace my mouse?
This is the 3rd mouse I’ve just bought because of defects..
This one I broke.. so yes maybe I’ll need to buy a new one, but should I change my brand?
