The musicvideo im searching for was a musicvideo (maybe VEVO) popular around 2017 (or atleast around those years).

The music is sung in english by a man with relatively short hair in a dark waiting room. He gets shown a room by some doctors who put him in a chair and put a sort of metallic bowl with wires on his head. Then we get flashbacks of him and his girlfriend, who either died or they broke up (from what I remember).

I don't think this music video or song was niche as I heard it on the radio and saw it on those "top music videos of the summer" on TV. Since I was kinda young and didn't really know english back then, I have no lyrics in mind sadly.
