Hello, I just got my test results which are: 68 ppm hydrogen and 11 ppm methane. How bad is it? I know the methane seems to be pretty low, but the doc said i could still need the antibiotic therapy for it additionally with the antibiotic for hydrogen.

Since i have never before taken any kind of antibiotics I would like to ask you, while taking the antibiotics should I stay at home? I have a lot of plans for the next 3 month and just am curious whether I should be prepared for any big side effects. Thanks for all of your responses!
