It’s been over two months since I submitted my support ticket, and my replacement still hasn’t shipped.

I’ve made multiple attempts to follow up, but my messages aren’t even getting through—I keep receiving automated responses saying they can’t receive my emails. At this point, I have no clear line of communication or update on my case.

This level of customer support is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I’ve been patient, but a two-month delay with no resolution or proper response is not reasonable. I’m still waiting for a replacement that should have been handled months ago.
