My friend was going to the Target at Empire Center this morning around 9:30 am and saw what seemed to be a deceased person being wheeled away on a gurney (white cloth covering a body with feet exposed). Does anyone know what happened? We just feel bad for the person and are wondering if it was a regular Target employee we might know.
