EDIT: Ok people I get it now! Apparently I thought I have to craft it one more time, but then after reading your comments I checked and I can already evolve it 2 times, I'm just missing Tranquil Thoughts 😅🙈 Sorry I feel super dumb now. Thank you everyone!

We don't even get enough materials yet to evolve it, we have to wait each week to collect enough Dream bloom of Yore. Right now I have zero Sunny Shimmer, although I completed all the Merit arena challenges. Yet I've seen someone already owns an evolution of the dress 👀
