"Non caster" build+gear for Minthara

Hey, I just recruited Minthara and not really sure what to do with her. I'd like to keep her as a Paladin, either straigh or a multiclass that isn't a caster main.

I have most of Act 1 and 2 gear saved up (like Blood of Lathander), so would like to put them to good use without stealing items from my other characters.

Current setup is:

  • Durge as an EB spam sorlock, with Potent Robe, Daredevil Gloves, Spellsparkler, Adamantine Shield, Ring of Arcane Synergy, and Boots of Stormy Clomour as "core" equipment

  • Astarion as a gloomstalker ranger, with Titanstring Bow, Club of Hill Giant, Diadem of Arcane Synergy, Deathstalker Mantle, Gloves of Archery, Broodmother's Revenge, Caustic Band, Strange Conduit Ring, and a second Adamantine Shield

  • Lae'zel as a open hand monk, with Darkfire Shortbow, Scabby Pugilist Circlet, Graceful Cloth, Disintegrating Night Walkers, Ring of Protection, and Shadow-Cloaked Ring

So I'm playing modded with a slightly confused Durge - killed druids, saved tieflings, about to go to the goblin camp, not sure whether to kill them cause I want to recruit Minthara. Currenty have Shadowheart and Astarion in my party, with Karlach dead, Gale "handy" in my inventiry, and Wyll in camp until he decides that I'm too evil.

I plan to make Shads a death cleric, and Astarion prob a gloomstalker ranger/rogue sin, but I'm not sure what to play myself. I'm not interested in melee or a ranged physical class (have that on a unmodded multipayer run), I'd like to play a ranged caster - either something that constantly delibitates enemies from afar or rains unholy carnage.

Most important mods I use:

  • UnlockLevelCurve - Level 13-20
  • Spell Slot x4 and Feats Every Level
  • Traders Drop All Loot
  • Good Items for Evil
  • NPC Redesign: Cazador (gives extra gear)
  • Infinite scrolls, potions, elixirs, arrows, coatings
