Why won’t fidelity change my account to actual cost basis tracking for me?
Why won’t fidelity change my cost basis tracking to actual cost in my new account? Maybe I should transfer to another firm?
I just recently over the weekend opened a utma for nephew and began contributing 3 dollars a day into a fund and I wanted it to be tracked by the actual cost that I put in not the average cost some woman on Monday told me that she was going to put a request into her back office nothing ever got taken care of. It’s still in average cost. I called in and they told me again they will put it through their back office. I complained I even wanted to speak to a manager, and they still would not change it for me. Anyone have any good customer service experiences with other firms, which firm do you believe is the best customer service wise?
