Hello everyone,
My girlfriend and I are going to ride from ~ munich to venice this year.
We are riding gravel bikes with limited tyre clearence (max 45mm) because of the fenders:
Currenty the stock tyres are still installed but also at the end of their lifespan.

We are looking for tyres with good puncture protection but also a good rolling resistance while using tubes. Tubeless is not an option.
I have experience with roadbikes but not multi day touring with luggage.

Any tips on the tyre side of things? There are so many options that iam getting more and more confused the more i research...
