I’m in Korea and will be traveling from Busan to Gyeongju and then further to Seoul. Left everything for the last minute and it seems that all the seats on the KTX are sold out. (Information from NAVER reservations because Korea Rail website seems to be down)

There are buses from busan, but I can’t seem to find an alternate route that doesn’t use KTX from Gyeongju to Seoul. Has anyone experienced something like this? If you have any suggestions please let me know. Also, is there reservation required for intercity buses?
