have an issue with my internet contract with o2 (Telefónica Germany (Telefónica Germany (o2))).

The internet has not been working since the beginning, even though we tried multiple times to set it up. We have contacted customer support several times, but no solution has been provided.

In addition, we tried to cancel the contract. We were told that we would receive confirmation emails, but we never received any. Despite this, money is still being deducted from our account.

We have sent several emails, but we only get automatic replies like “we will get back to you shortly,” and we never receive a proper response.

Has anyone had similar experiences or any advice on what I can do next?
