I used to think I was always tired because I wasn’t getting enough sleep.
But I started noticing a pattern…
Certain foods would leave me feeling drained, unfocused, and just off.
It wasn’t just about weight it was like my energy and mindset were directly tied to what I was eating.
Once I paid attention to that, things started to shift a little.
Still figuring it out, but it definitely changed how I look at food.
