Took me way too long to figure out why all my views were coming from India. Once I fixed these 5 things it completely changed.

Here is exactly what I was doing wrong :

Mistake 1: Posting whenever I finished editing

No strategy. Finished at 1AM IST, posted at 1AM IST. That is 3PM EST. Dead zone for US audiences.

Mistake 2 : Clipping what I found funny.

I was clipping what I found funny. Problem is I'm not my target audience. US viewers share clips that are shocking or emotional. Started asking myself would a teenager in America send this to his friend. If no I didn't clip it.

Mistake 3 : Weak hooks

My clips started with context. US clippers start with the explosion. Cut everything before the best moment and put the best moment first.

Mistake 4 : Wrong text style

My fonts, colors, caption placement, everything was screaming "Indian creator" without me realizing it.

Copied the exact style of 3 big US clippers and my skip rate decreased immediately.

Took me months to figure all this out but after fixing these I went on to generate 10 million plus US views through CLIPPING in a very short time.
