I train shoulders and biceps on the same day. Been consistent and working hard and feeling happy with where I’ve got to. I think my triceps are catching up well, but my biceps seem to disappear when I'm not flexing. I’d love any support, exercises ideas or cues that helped you guys with arm thickness. Thanks!
