I know this is technically not a “concept” since the outfit is in the game, it’s just on an npc and for some odd reason they haven’t released it yet. So here’s a fun twist I think they should add to make this a cool skin WHEN THEY RELEASE IT HINT HINT, NUDGE NUDGE, ISNT THAT RIGHT DEVS.
